I BLOG FOR FUN...

Feel free to pin photo's from this blog...I'm not one of those blogger's that will flip out and go on a rant about you "stealing" my photo's because you liked it enough to share it, lol. I am not a "professional decorator, cook, gardener" or "professional" anything else....I BLOG FOR FUN. Nope....not one of the perfect blogger's here. My house is not perfect, and you will never be led to believe it is. I simply cannot offer you "how-to's", nor will I leave comment's on your blog offering decorating advice...sorry. If you are one of the "professional blogger's" as I refer to so many of them these days, I simply am not interested in your invite to your linky parties...with YOUR strict instructions to follow YOUR rules, lol, in order to increase YOUR traffic. If your not here for enjoyment, then this simply isn't the blog for you.

Oh, how I long for this....

For those of you that know me, then you already know that I LOVE fall. It is my favorite season, all the way up to Thanksgiving (which is my favorite holiday). Since I am longing for my favorite season, I have been going thru old pictures of fall on our farm. Take a look.....

Are you ready for fall, or do you prefer to hang on to summer-time as long as you can??

  3. Looking forward to fall (not winter, not the holidays). I LOVE fall, it is my fave season, Halloween is my fave holiday, then Thanksgiving, then Easter, sadly Christmas is too bittersweet for me. I am already thinking of fall decorating, planting, baking, get togethers, etc. I think I need to pull out my apple decor this weekend. xo

  4. I enjoy Fall with the bright, crisp blue sky, cooler temps, colors of Fall, but not what follows. Winter and I just do not do get along.

  5. Me, too! I try to wait until the end of August at the very earliest, but I am so stinkin' tired of summer, I'm really having trouble waiting. I've been doing a lot of Pinterest browsing, as well as looking at last years pics of our home. I always truly enjoy seeing your home decorated for fall -- it is just the best season. I've been analyzing just why it's my favorite, and I truly believe it is all about the colors. I lean toward those rich wonderful colors anyway, but have tried to tone things down just a bit for Spring and Summer. But those rich colors are what I long for -- they make me happy! Think I need to go wander the aisles of Hob Lob again. Do you think they might think I'm a "Fall Stalker?"

  8. Oh, yes, indeed, I was watering these poor pitiful potted plants on our patio and thinking about fall this afternoon. It seems that I'm always more than ready for the next season coming down the pike. Guess that's the way the good Lord wants it to be. Blessings!

  9. Teresa,
FALL is the BEST! The weather, the colors. the decorations, everything about it! Your home is amazing and your decorations are always beautiful! I still can't get over all the things you can do! Thankfully, we don't have to much longer to wait and it'll be here!

  12. Catching up with your blog. Love the new camper-if you have to camp that is the way to go. Happy Birthday to Sophie! Looks like you have been busy gardening-our teensy garden did not do much, but I bought a lot for the freezer and made salsa. I am dragging out the fall stuff this week and checking it out-it is going out the last week of this month!
